When you call, text, email, fill out a form on our website or message us on social media, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the lighting you are interested in. If you book a consultation, we also keep the appointment details.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule design consultations and installations, send quotes and service updates, provide maintenance and takedown, and ask for feedback after a job.
What we do not do
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer management software and phone provider, and only as needed to serve you. They may not use it for any other purpose.
Text messaging
If you opt in to text messages, we will text you about your request, appointments, quotes and service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
Phone calls
Calls to our business line may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. You will hear a notice at the start of the call.
